I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday which was on Halloween and asked for something holiday appropriate. They more than exceeded my expectations with a lovely collection of flowers that reflected my wishes. Flowers were gorgeous. The problem was with the delivery. We were charged 11 dollar delivery fee, and they were provided a contact number. They tried to deliver the flowers when no one was home and they had to go pick them up. Delivery fee should have been refunded since it was their error for not contacting first.
